Dear Sir,
As per the clause 49 what are the documents required to be disclosed on the website by the company and for how may years. Whether we can remove the information which are more than 3 years old.Pl reply for my query at amit.pathak@mbecl.co.in

The Listing Agreement is silent on the time period of maintaining the records for investor. So its depend on you, generally the Stock Exchange maintain our records on our section of last three years.
