is wealth tax applicabletocompany?ifyes,at whatrate and whether surcharge and cess apply?

Wealth tax is applicable to companies also. Rate is 1% on the net wealth exceeding Rs.15 lakhs. There is no surcharge and cess on wealth tax.

yes it would be @ 1 % on net wealth on excess of RS.15 Lakhs
