06 August 2015 how to calculate WDV at a particular date when scrap value and life of asset is not known..??

06 August 2015 The life of the asset is to be estimated by either the manufacturer of that asset OR management of the business using that asset OR engineers/valuers.

The scrap value is also to be estimated on the similar lines as that of useful life.
