Hello friends. One of my clint is civil constructer. He is registered under composti scheme of DVAT and filling DVAT17 quaterly. Now he want to make some purchase against 'C' forms. Plz suggest me whether he can purchase goods against 'C' form as there is some doubts regarding this.

If the Civil contractor register under CST also, he can purchase goods against C form, otherwise he cannot get C form from Department.

Yes, to purchase against 'C' Form it is necessary to register your firm under CST, only then department issue 'C' forms to you.
