I want to know what is the Works contract Tax Rate and how it calculation and reflects in Water treatment and sewage projects. and also Service Tax is applicability and in detail.

Service tax rates :-
a) for original works -- 4.944%
b) for repair works -- 8.65%
c) for finishing works -- 7.42%
