This discussion clarifies E-way bill requirements when a supplier sends multiple consignments on the same vehicle. If each individual consignment is valued under Rs. 50,000, separate E-way bills for each are not mandatory. However, if the total value of a consignment exceeds Rs. 50,000, an E-way bill is required. It's also possible to generate a consolidated E-way bill for the entire vehicle load.

You need to generate the eway bill for each invoice .However, you can generate consolidated ewaybill for the whole consignment. The reference may be made to the provisions which prescribes the ewaybill generation for the consignment. So the word used is 'consignment' and not invoice.Since the value of the consignment exceeds Rs.50,000/- eway bill will be required.See below the extract of section 68(1). Section 68(1): The Government may require the person in charge of a conveyance carrying any consignment of goods of value exceeding such amount as may be specified to carry with him such documents and such devices as may be prescribed
