28 December 2013 do I have to take any registration for opening warehouse business......I have taken few godowns on lease and want to give it on rent...is there any regulation in income tax ......

28 December 2013 no there is no req for any permission but when u give it on rent then make a legal agreement and get it registered and when u file income tax return then u should show this income under income from house property.
