I want to leave CA, because I am not interested in doing this now.
I dont wanted to do CA, but I joined, and I want to lave it now, as my interest is MBA.
Currently I have cleared my IPCC 1st group, and perusing my articleship since 3 months.
I want to do get degree of ATC, and then leave CA.
Will my CA allow me to do so?
will he sign the form required for ATC degree?
I didnt discussed these things with my CA.

As per my opinion simply discuss your career plans with your CA. I agree with you that there is no point continuing with CA when you have no interest in doing CA.
I would suggest you to go for MBA finance from a reputed institute or university.

if you have no interest then you can leave the CA course and do the MBA from reputed university or institute for your better future.
