Want to file income tax return for last 3 year

I want to file IT return for AY 2013-14, AY 2014-15 & AY 2015-16.
And i also know that for filling return of AY 2013-14 last date is 31/03/2015.
I want to file return of AY 2013-14 now (i.e. on 03/12/15) for submission to bank.
My Gross total income is Rs. 1,50,000 (i.e. below exemption limit) if i file this return u/s 142(1) may i lible for penalty of Rs 5,000.
