Dear sir,
We not filed return from 2yers of service tax return . Now we want to be file 2nd qtr of 2012-13 . If there is any possiblilty of any notice from department or not.
Would we file return ?????
Please reply fast because 30th april is last date.....

As soon as you file return certainly you will receive notice for no filing of return for the last 2 years and for the first quarter of the current year.
It is better to go with department for the error in filing of return for last 2 years and apply for the condonment of the offense.
and than file return for the 2nd Quarter or to file return and apply for the condonemnt
