wages to the permenant employees

24 September 2009 Dear sir

Suppose i have 10 permenant employees. ( operation level)
And i will maintain the cost centre for the each and every project.
for example i will pay them a salary of Rs 10000/-pm & i will calculate the cost of particular project ( man days) is 5000/-. So i need to know, can I account Rs 5000/- as direct expenses-Salary ( for particular project ) and balance as indirect expenses.??

24 September 2009 all wages is direct exps. only office staff is salary which will treat as indirect exps.
