Voucher split & advance

we have given Rs. 3,00,000/- for labour charges in a single voucher how can we split it ? we have taken single voucher. can i take as advance and split it below 10k????

Hope you have paid individually less than 10K for each and if you have supporting no need to split

so i can admit as advance and with supporting no need split the amounts <10k. right??
