If I have to take Vodafone Agency then I really need to take VAT TIN & Service tax No. ????

Vodafone agency is that you will be selling mobile phones, prepaid cards, etc... for that you have to register under VAT and for providing services to your customers, you will be charging service tax and also you have to register under Service Tax Act.
