I have a query regarding tds.My client has paid excess tds to govt. than deducted from party's account for the FY 2009-10.
I want to know whether it is possible to claim refund of this advance tds paid to govt.?

it can be claimed.the separate request letter need to be made to A.O. after adjusting all your tax dues it can be refund
