12 September 2017 Dear Experts,

I have not filed my ITR for the year 2010-11,11-12,12-13, 13-14, 14-15. Now I want to file all such Returns. I have no taxable income in those years but my cash transactions were over Rs. 10 lac. Please guide me.I will be highly obliged.

12 September 2017 You can currently file return for FY 15-16 & FY 16-17 for earlier year you cannot file the reutun

I got the Notice u/s 131 from Income Tax Officer for the reply with proper documents. What should I don now and what will be the maximum penalty?

16 September 2017 you can just file paper returns with the tax officer and also explain the source of the cash deposited in your accounts.

01 November 2017 depends on your understanding of tax filings and dealing with the tax officer. With regards to costs, it varies from location to location plus which return you need to file.
