Hello Professional Colleague,
My Company has been incorporated on 13th November 2012, Now I want to held AGM & Fill Balance Sheet & other Documents to ROC. Hence please guide me regarding when I can take such meeting i.e. upto which date ? I am totally confused with 18 month rule & 6 month of end of financial year

1. Incase Financial Year end date is 31/03/2013 then due date of AGM - 31/12/2013
