verification of Addendum Form no. 67

07 December 2009 who should sign Addendum Form no. 67? wheather by professional or client.

Situation:-

1. ROC required clarification for lass payment of stamp duty on POA?
2. witness of MOA & AOA annexure.

Now the question is :

while filing Addendum Form no. 67, who will sign it?

There are two part:
A. One is verification

B. other is certification: certification should be done by Professional. It is confirmed.

But the verification part: i want to know who should sign verification part either by the diector or applicant or professional?

please confirm me.

07 December 2009 The addendum should be verified and digitally signed by the Director. However there is no restriction that the same person who has signed the relevant e-form shall sign the addendum. In other words addendum can be signed by any of the relevant signatories from the company's side.

07 December 2009 addeendum form signed by any authorised signatory of company there is no need to sign same person who signed main form.

08 December 2009 For company Formation, POA is given to professional, so the Addendum should be signed by professional?

08 December 2009 It is not permitted. May be because POA is not for signing but for doing corrections, submissions and taking back of hard copies after vetting etc only.
