15 December 2013 In VCES scheme, while applying for VCES Form-I, how we will provide the details of every quarter of the respective financial year(is there any attachment required, if yes then in which form?) and when we need to file under VCES?

15 December 2013 You need to attach calculation sheet (the same as provided in ST3 Return where in total vallue of taxable service and service tax payable basic, Primary Cess and Secondery Cess is mentioned)

You can provide it on monthly basis.Not necessarily on quarterly basis

You need to hurry for submitting application as date for payment of 1st installment is 31/12/2013

VCES 1 is availible on the portal www.cbce.gov.in

go to english version

Forms

and then download and print the form

and submit the form along with calculation sheet copy of ST3 and declaration that you have not files service tax return in respect of declared service tax (all self attested) in 6 sets + 1 oc

15 December 2013 then its fine. the service tax which you are declaring under vces must not have been declared in service tax return
