Vat / Sales tax for Mobile Accessories

I need to know , Vat / Sales tax for Mobile Accessories in Mumbai , Gujarat, Delhi there is lot confusion whether it is 4% or 12.5% or any rate is applicable .Please do advice.

At the begining, all States were charging 4% only on all elctronic goods and their parts,including all types of telephones.Now it is 5% in many States.In the States quoted by also the same rates will be applicable.
