Mr XYZ is doin business and is a proprietor namely in M/s ABC1, M/s ABC2, M/s ABC3.
MY doubt is
will there will there be different VAT registrations for the above mentioned ABC1,2,3???
IT MEANS three VAT registrations
am i rite?
pl guide friends

What i heard from the client dat since there is only one proprietor, VAT registration numbers is the same for all the companies.Is he right??? pl respond. a bit urgent..

One VAT registration will be sufficient if the business is done under one name and all the activities in which the person is dealing are being reported to VAT/Sales Tax deptt.
As in your case person is running 2-3 firms with different names, so separate VAT numbers will be required.
