04 December 2016 Dear sir Is gst registration is required for me? having vat registration and sale is below 10 lakh per years. what process to follow if get registration not required.

04 December 2016 No , registration is not necessary for you as per Schedule V of the revised GST Law, since, you are an existing registered person but having Turnover less than threshold limit.
