15 May 2012 how can i get my vat refund (Delhi Sale Tax) which is carried forward from last 1 year i.e. 1 lac approx
what is the proccess???

15 May 2012 As per as KVAT is concern :

1. First you have to apply for VAT refund to in your respective state to CTO.

2. CTO will call for assessment.

3. Once assessment is complete VAT Refund if any as a result of assessment will be given to assessee.
