Vat refund f.y 2008-09 but not taken till?

Please give me solution what to do?

11 February 2012 Either adjust the same with the current liabilities.. before which make a letter to the concerned VAT office for the said action and get a confirmation and the second and favorable option is to make application for refund as it is normally difficult to get a order where the officer allows to carry forward the old excess and claim it set off now.. as the amount was filed for refund..
