05 July 2016 when a person is liable to pay vat under on monthly basis or quaterly basis?

is there any turnover limit for paying monthly or quaterly basis.

Every person registered under DVAT is required to make payment of VAT on monthly basis by 21 st day of next month to avoid penalty of 1.25% per month.

02 August 2025 Under the Delhi VAT (DVAT) regime:

* **Currently, every registered dealer is required to pay VAT on a monthly basis**, irrespective of turnover.
* There is **no turnover limit** that allows quarterly payment; monthly payment is mandatory for all registered dealers.
* VAT payment must be made **by the 21st day of the next month** to avoid penalties (1.25% per month late fee).
