My company belongs to Maharashtra &
Customer belongs to Andhra pradesh but Consignee belongs to Maharashtra,
In that Case whether CST or State VAT is Applicable?
Please Help.

place of delivery is important. If you are delivering the goods in Maharashtra, VAT is exigible. If delivery is in AP, CST is applicable.

Yes i agree with the expert. For CST, situs of sale (place of delivery) and movement of goods are important to decide the sale. So, to bill under CST, the material should physically move out of maharashtra to other state and to be delivered in your way bill.
