17 May 2013 I HAVE PURCHASED A CAR FOR RS 4000000/- IN THE YAER 2006-07, AFTER THIS I SOLD MY CAR FOR RS 2000000/- IN 2009-10, NOW I WANT TO KNOW WHETER VAT IS PAYABLE OR NOT IF NOT PAYABLE , WHAT IS THE SECTION IN UP VAT
