22 May 2013 is vat applicable on sale of car(capital asset)??is vat still applicable if depreciation is not availed on car(it is shown as an personal asset???

23 June 2013 in case seller not doing any business, he is individual then VAT not apply. incase he is using the car for business then VAT apply on sale of fixed asset also
