05 November 2009 I AM TRANSPORTER AND HAVE 60 TRUCKS. I ALSO HAVE PETROL PUMP ON CONSUMPTION BASIS.
I AM NOT SELL THE DISEL TO OUTSIDE PARTY. USE THE DIESEL IN MY OWN VEHICLES.

IS VAT APPLICABLE ON THE CONSUMPTION OF DIESEL OR NOT.

If Ur petrol bunk & truck has having different-2 service based pan reg no. in that case VAT is applicable.
