Dear Mr Bishwajeet You gave 90 days limitation period to claim ITC under KVAT,can you please provide relevant provision or circular for the reference. Can we take VAT Input on previous months bills as per Karnataka Vat Act. yes u can take input credit within subsquent 3 month . except in april month u can not take credit of march month,s bill -

THANK YOU SIR. I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THE STUDY MATERIALS AND REGISTRATION LETTER I HAVE REGISTERED MYSELF IN AUGUST 2009 FOR JUNE 2010 EXAM. PLZ TELL ME THAT ONCE I RECEIVE THE STUDY MATERIALS THEN THE QUESTIONS GIVEN AT THE BACK OF THE MATERIALS DO I JUST HAVE TO SEND THE ANSWERS FOR THOSE QUSTIONS BECOZ I SAW MY FREND WHO WAS PURSUING CS FINAL LAST YEAR SHE HAD TO WRITE HUGE NOTES WHICH SHE CALLED POSTALS AND SHE SUBMITTED THEM TO THE INTITUTTE FROM TIME TO TIME.
