24 August 2012 As per mumbai high court judgement now builders have to pay MVAT and they are started collecting from flat owners, but at what rate(@5% or 1%) flat owner should bear the tax if agreement is before 31 march 2010?

And interest science date of agreement till today will be charged on that or not?
