Dear Sir,
Our company is buying second hand desktop (1 nos) from coaching institute.
Coaching institute raised the invoice & they charged 5.5% of VAT.
Do we need to pay VAT on 2nd hand Desktop?
Please confirm.

Yes. VAT is applicable on the 2nd sales also.
