21 July 2012 a retailer sells at a discounted price to an online store after paying vat on the same,and the online store resells at a higher price and does not pay the vat,could you tell me who is at fault in this situation?

22 July 2012 Your liability ceases once you sell the commodity to your buyer and pay the VAT to the department. The fault is on the online store side. No query will come to you.
