I would like to know what are the present rates of Machinery Items / spares of Liquid nitrogen gas plant at Delhi and Haryana:

In Delhi :

To Delhi Registered Dealer

To Delhi Non-Registered Dealer

Outside Delhi to Registered Dealer with C Form

Outside Delhi to Non-Registered Dealer without C Form

In Hayrana :

To Haryana Registered Dealer

To Haryana Non-Registered Dealer

Outside Haryana to Registered Dealer with C Form

Outside Haryana to Non-Registered Dealer without C Form

05 February 2010 In my opinion, your item is covered under machinery for chemical and chemical products. and thus liable to Delhi vat@5% for Delhi regd. dealerand unregd. dealer in Delhi and outside Delhi. For dealers regd. outside agst C form , it is @2%. Spare parts are taxable at the same rate. Refer entry no.86 of Sch-3 of Dvat-04. For rates in haryana, contact Mr. Deepak gupta at 09416141571.
