We have vat credit in f.y.2011-2012,
we have to filed our april'2012, we want to know that can we carried forward vat credit in the month of april'2012

The state of Maharashtra allows c/fd of vat credit of 11-12 if the credit is below or upto 1 lakh. This credit can be adjusted towards liability of April 12. But if the balance credit is more than one lakh it has to be applied for refund only.
