I want to know that Audit Report New Form -23 # will be applicable for the F.y. -2008-09, if yes can any body mail me this two or one page form.

It will be applicable for w.e.f 04-02-2010.

As the date for U.P. VAt Audit has not been extended, only the date of filing Annual return has been extended two times.

The audit report will be submitted in old form XXIII only
