for f.y 2012-13 what is due date for vat audit & tax audit?turnover limit for vat audit is 60 lacs or 1 crore?

in most of the states 31st December is the last date for submission of audited acounts and report....mjk

For Tax Audit,Turnover limit is Rs 1 crore in case of Business and Rs 25 lakhs in case of profession.The due date is 30.09.2013.
