A is supplier of machinery.he sold Machine to B who is using machine for his factory.after 2 years he sold his machinery to C which is not used by him.whether B will issue VAt bill?

Yes, B has to issue a VAT bill.If A&B are within one state, B can deduct the vat paid on his purchase of the same machine ,if it has not been already made,while paying to the govt.
