whether vat payable by company on cainteen services provided to emplpyee? company deduct cainteen charges from employee salary.

That will depend upon the WAGE agreement.
In normal course, the answer is NO. The reason is Company gets a LUMPSUM bill for the canteen services and it deducts a predetermined FIXED sum from the employees......

NO IT IS NOT A SELL BY THE COMPANY ITS CHARGES FIX BU COMPANY FOR PROVIDING CONCESSIONAL RATE LUNCH TO EMPLOYEE.
