When is the due date of VAT -120 is it 15th or 20th.
If we failed to filed the return within time limit is there any penalty proceedings.
Can we filed the returns thru online.

Dear Sir,
in case of dealer exeucting works contract, hotelier and mechanised crushing unit, has to file returns within 20th of the succeeding month
in other cases it is within 15th of the succeedings quartner
for panalties kindly refere section 72.
presently there is no such provision to file return through online
