if i received tin no and i sale good without tax till 5 lakhs so it possible because limit availabe 5 lakhs.

30 November 2012 If the party wants a VAT invoice from you, after obtaining TIN Number, you can issue the same collecting VAT, even if the turnover is below 5 lacs. The point is you have to deposit the tax so collected to the department without fail.
