If i am an unregistered dealer as per vat rules, whether my name shall be shown while preparing vat return by my registered supplier

You have not indicated your STATE to give suitable reply But in general, while uploading the purchase/sale details, all the parties will have to be shown in the online VAT return by the seller. So, your name will also be there if you have given bill.
