24 January 2011 i am sale my car to secound owner .pl tell me can i mentioned in invoice vat amount or not .

i am not a dealer or manufacturing company .. we are in service company.when i brought new car from other state that time i had paid duty ,vat ,cst .

now i am seel my asset pl tell me we are elegible for vat.
