How it can be verified, Whether an e-TDS return for any particular quarter has been filled or not . Is there any such online verification facility provided by NSDL or INCOME TAX.

if you are asking in view of company which submitted the return then you can check it on www.tin-nsdl.com
in this site below one portion is "New features" below this many lines click on which is mentioned "Download challan details for verifying challan details mentioned in Quarterly e-TDS/TCS statement at TAN Based View" . Fill some information about bank and payment detail then you can check.
but if you are asking about person on whom TDS is deducted then also use same site but you have to register by NSDL center fee is Rs. 17/-. a link is on this site "View Tax Credit" click it and get registered by follow instructions by this you will get id and password then you can check how much your tds has been depsoited with Income tax.

Thank you sir as i was asking about e-TDS return.
But i want to verify whether quaterly return has been filled by any perticulat Dedoctor and wanted to get e-TDS filling Aknow. No., Which in normal course is given at the time of e-TDS filling with NSDL.

If you are check your tax credit you came to know whether the tds deudctor filed or not

Tank you Ramesh. But i want to know whether the dedoctor has filled e-TDS return or not as THE DEDUCTOR HAS LOST THE RECEIPT OF THE RETURN AND NEED TO GET AKNW. NO.

If the deductor filed the return the automatically the tax credit updated to the deductee`s PAN account that the deductee can view if the deductor not filed the same will not be updated that is the control and
the deductor lost the receipt , he can get the copy of the receipt the nsdl centre where he is filed by providing the TAN number
