06 January 2016 If a proprietor of a CA Firm enters into an LLP agreement with another proprietor of a CA Firm, can he sign the tax audit under his/her proprietor capacity subject to maximum limit? If no, kindly comment on whether he can atleast continue his proprietory firm and which function he can do even as a proprietor of firm and the partner of the firm?
