validation for registration

i`m a pcc student i have made a registrion for PCC in 15.10.2007 when i start my article....should i apply for validation of my registration please tell me i`m confused... n also tell me what is the procedure for that....

As per ICAI Notification
PCC students who have registered on or before 31st October, 2007 are required to
revalidate their registration before applying for November, 2011 PCC examination.
