hello,
one of the our client have Opening input tax credit of education cess i want to know how to utilise this amount in my return because of new rate there is no education cess is there. please help

This amount can be utilized in case any service tax along with cess is required to be discharged in regard to service provided before 1st June, 15. Else there is no option except to wait for any Govt. notification in this regard as in case of excise wherein such adjustment has been allowed,,,
