20 June 2011 If the compnay has Service Tax Liability of Rs. 2 Lakh in a particular month & also it has Service Tax credit available for Rs. 2.50 Lakhs then in that case whether full credit is available or there is some criteria for it?

20 June 2011 As long as the credit is eligible credit, the full amount of 2 lakhs canbe utilsied out ofthe same. Balnce 50k wouldbe carried fw for the next month.
