CAN WE SETTLE 100% OUTWARD TAX WITH ITC (BOTH AVAILABLE IN ELECTRONIC CREDIT LEDGER AND ITC AVAIALABLE DURING THE MONTH) AND NOT PAY GST IN CASH DURING THE MONTH.
