User clarification required- co incorporation

25 September 2013 hi we have applied for company incorporation and received following error:

User Clarification Required:
to re-scan amended copy of moa and aoa(private company clause) as per sub section 68 of section 2 of the Companies Act, 2013. Form 67 (Addendum) should be filed by 25/10/2013 failing which the eForm shall be treated as invalid and shall not be taken on record. (Please refer Regulation 17 of the Companies Regulation, 1956)

can you suggest the some solution.

we are unable to understand what they required.

Please check what definition you have given about private company in your MOA. It should be new Companies Act, 2013. If there is changes required then make changes and send them accordingly with Form-67.

Todays, there is more confusion on adoption of MOA & AOA.
