I am holding cop and my proprietorship firm has not registered yet . Can i certify documents . If yes, whether i use stamp or not .

if you are member of ICAI, then you can do so. But if you have not yet recceived your membership number, better wait till it comes.

You can. But it is advisable to sign in name of Firm under Stamp of Firm name.
